  • AI-powered assistants and recommendations

3. User Accounts

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have billing questions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chefs Delight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or recommendations
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chefs Delight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
